Services
BoldLime Tech provides website development (landing pages, online catalogs, company profiles, online stores), custom Telegram bots, and monthly maintenance retainers for websites and bots.
Pricing
The “starting at” figures on the pricing page are starting points. The final price is set through a written quote after consultation, based on the project’s needs and complexity. Add-ons are optional and can be added anytime, including after the project is live.
Payment
Projects: 50% down payment upfront as a commitment, the remaining 50% after the project is live and you approve the result. Add-ons added later are billed separately per item. Retainer: paid at the start of each month and can be stopped anytime without penalty.
Revisions and warranty
Each project package includes 2 major revisions (structure or flow changes). Minor revisions like text, color, or photo swaps don’t count and are helped free of charge during the 30-day warranty after the project goes live. Bugs that appear during the warranty are fixed at no cost.
Timeline
The time estimates we give (e.g. 5–7 business days for a landing page) are counted from when we receive complete materials. Late materials from the client — logo, product photos, text — shift the schedule proportionally.
Ownership of deliverables
After full payment, project deliverables are handed over and become the client’s property: website files, hosting access and domains registered in the client’s name, plus bot source code. We may show the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
If a project is cancelled unilaterally after work has started, the down payment cannot be refunded because work resources have already been used. If the cancellation comes from our side, the down payment is refunded in full.
